The planning process

Following a period of public consultation focused around a two-day exhibition on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th March 2010, comments and other feedback from residents and other stakeholders about the proposals will be analysed and taken on board by English Care Villages who will finetune the Continuing Care Retirement Community proposals in the light of views expressed.

It is expected that an outline planning application for permission and responses from the consultation will be made available to London Borough of Havering Council in May 2010. The application will define the layout of the development and give details of the infrastructure provision, access, landscaping and utility services.

Have your say

We have employed the services of Electoral Reform Services Ltd (ERS) who provide a completely independent report on all responses. The report received from ERS will be made available to the planning department with our outline planning application.

Please visit www.electoralreform.co.uk for more information on ERS. Please post your completed form in the enclosed pre-paid envelope, or deposit the form in the sealed ballot box at the Public Exhibition. All forms must be returned by Friday 2nd April 2010.
